Job Description

In this role, you will coordinate with team members to enhance engagement and achieve deliverables. Your responsibilities include handling escalations to improve customer experience and meeting lead qualification targets. Advanced MS Excel skills and a proven ability to handle pressure are essential.

We require 1-2 years of experience in a Contact/Call Center with team management, preferably in Jazz Call Center, and a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
