Job Description
Alpha Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promptly responding to customer inquiries through various channels, providing accurate information about our solar energy products and services, and assisting with technical troubleshooting.
To thrive in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the solar energy industry. Previous customer service experience is preferred.
