Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Aims Contact Technologies (PVT) Ltd. in Islamabad. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, optimize processes, ensure quality, and enhance efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in the BPO industry (SALES) and a passion for driving performance and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 5 years in BPO (SALES)
- 3 years of operations management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Shift Timings: 3pm to 12am (UK)
Location: Office # plot No 81, Street 10, I9/2 Islamabad
