Job Description
Location: Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore
Shift Timings: 7 PM – 5 AM (Night Shift)
About the Role:
Northstar is seeking a committed and experienced Customer Support Representative to manage client interactions, process orders, and deliver exceptional after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries promptly
- Process and manage customer orders
- Resolve queries and provide after-sales support
- Maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of USA-based customer support experience
- Strong American accent and fluent English
- Able to work night shifts
