Job Description
Norandum is seeking a detail-oriented HR and Administrative Officer to join our team. This full-time position involves coordinating the recruitment process, conducting new employee orientations, and maintaining accurate employee records. The successful candidate will also oversee general administrative tasks, including office supply management and event scheduling.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and possess 1 to 2 years of relevant HR experience.
