Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Generate leads through cold searches for new clients and work with existing accounts.
- Collect and review paperwork for client quotes.
- Maintain effective daily communication and follow-ups to foster positive relationships.
- Multitask between incoming phone calls and email responses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Promote company programs and evaluate client needs through calls.
- Maintain client records and address queries regarding products.
