Job Description
Darson Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking an Associate Engineer to oversee the Machinery Maintenance Schedules of the Lab Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning production, monitoring outputs, and reporting on daily performance metrics.
Key responsibilities include analyzing daily production targets, managing production-related complaints, ensuring customer demands are met on time, and implementing 5S practices in the workplace. You will also focus on maximizing the utilization of both personnel and machinery, ensuring product traceability, and discussing daily production processes within the Quality Management System (QMS).
Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the In-Charge or Manager as needed.
