Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up with the Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create/close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Execute special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree; 1 year UK call center experience.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month + incentives.
