Job Description

Join Simcoe IT as a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to a high volume of outbound customer calls regarding our products or services.
• Actively listening to customer concerns and providing accurate information.
• Documenting all customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
• Upselling or recommending additional products when appropriate.
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor to foster customer satisfaction.

Pay starts at Rs40,00.00 per month. Candidates must be female, with at least 1 year each of marketing, cold calling, and sales experience. The position is based in Rawalpindi.
