Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls
- Addressing customer inquiries
- Managing customer complaints
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Fluent in English
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service/call center
- Salary: Rs45,00 including incentives up to Rs15,00
Shifts: Rotational shifts for males (morning, evening, night) and morning shifts for females. Work-from-home available after probation.
