Job Description
Surgikare is seeking a dedicated Surgical Production Incharge to oversee our production team. The Production Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing inventory, placing supply orders, resolving team disputes, and ensuring all safety standards are upheld. Key responsibilities include:
- Motivating and guiding production staff
- Maintaining safety and health standards
- Communicating with upper management regarding production issues
- Evaluating machine resources for efficiency
