Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team at Emaan Printers. The ideal candidate will manage daily communication with clients regarding their orders, requiring excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send detailed order confirmation emails to clients.
- Promptly respond to client inquiries professionally.
- Address and resolve client concerns related to orders.
- Maintain organized records of client communications.
Requirements: Excellent command of English, strong attention to detail, and previous customer service experience is a plus.
Salary: Rs20,00 – Rs25,00 per month. Location: Sadat Colony Near Amperio Mall GT Road Wah Cantt Taxila. Timing: 9am to 5pm. Application Deadline: 31/10/2024.
