Job Description

Shan Communications is seeking a dedicated Call Center Verification Officer to join our team. The responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Verifying customer details efficiently.
• Closing deals with US customers.
• Offering products and explaining policies in detail.
• Managing basic plans, title plans, and bonuses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month

Location: Rawalpindi (Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 1 year required.

Language: English preferred.
