About Us:
At Aesthetic Labs by Tibbi, we pride ourselves on excellence in the aesthetics industry. We are seeking a motivated Female Calling Agent to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct feedback calls with clients.
- Handle follow-up and reminder calls.
- Document client feedback for service enhancement.
- Maintain positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented and strong listening skills.
Timings: 9 hours (morning & evening shifts) | Days: Monday to Saturday | Location: Garden Town, Lahore | Pay: Rs30,00 – Rs35,00/month + Incentives.
