Job Description
Lean Leaders Network is seeking a skilled Chat Support Representative for night shift operations. In this role, you will assist customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses while ensuring a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through live chat
- Provide product information and troubleshoot issues
- Document interactions effectively
Requirements:
- Intermediate education
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Available for night shift from 5 PM to 5 AM
Location: Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Compensation: Salary starts at 45,00 PKR with performance-based incentives.
