Job Description
Crossnotch Firm is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to enhance our call center team. In this role, you will monitor and evaluate call center agents’ performance, ensuring they meet company policies and service quality standards. Your contributions will drive continuous improvement in customer service by identifying coaching opportunities and providing constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor calls, assess quality, identify improvements, conduct coaching sessions, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Skills Required: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in QA software and Microsoft Office.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
