Job Description
Prima Systems is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist patients via phone calls, emails, and chat to facilitate their appointment scheduling and rescheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain patient records in EMR/EHR.
- Verify insurance information.
- Educate patients on procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality compliance.
Requirements:
- 1 year in US customer support.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
