Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and implement training programs tailored for teams to enhance skills and product knowledge. Evaluate team performance, create development plans, and conduct training initiatives for channel partners. Collaborate with marketing to organize events while mentoring and coaching team members. Maintain documentation and generate reports to track training effectiveness.

Requirements:

Extensive training experience with proven leadership skills. Strong communication abilities and analytical thinking are crucial. Organizational skills to manage multiple programs are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:
