Job Description
ARXA Communications (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven work experience. The ideal candidate should be between the ages of 20 and 35 and must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
Experience in B2B real estate campaigns is preferable. Responsibilities include supervising the sales team, monitoring performance, ensuring cleanliness, and building customer relationships. Strong skills in sales, customer service, Microsoft Office, management, and communication are essential.
We offer a full-time night shift position with a salary of Rs60,00 per month plus bonuses and paid time off.
