Job Description
A leading telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a dedicated Premium Customer Care Executive. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment.
The ideal candidate should be between 18-35 years old and fluent in English.
Job responsibilities include handling customer calls, providing online support, conducting sales follow-ups, managing fault rectifications, and generating CRM reports.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs45,00.00, with incentives up to Rs15,00. Work is based in Islamabad, with rotational shifts and the possibility of work from home based on performance.
