Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to handle inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up on fault rectifications with the Operations team.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults in respective regions.
- Execute special tasks assigned during duty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required)
- 1 year of UK-based call center experience (Required)
Salary: Starts at Rs45,00.00 per month, with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad. Monthly rotational shifts for males; morning shift for females.
