Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic Call Center team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage team projects, and ensure effective task delegation while maintaining high motivation and performance levels.
Your responsibilities will include allocating tasks, conducting performance reviews, organizing training sessions, and fostering team spirit through team-building activities.
Office Location: 1st Floor, Abdullah Hospital, Opposite Punjan Housing Society, Adyala Road, Rawalpindi
Job Type: Onsite (Night Shift), Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
