Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive for our night shift (6:00 PM to 1:00 AM) at Pegasus BPO. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Human Resources and experience managing HR processes in a BPO setting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing employee records and payroll
• Developing recruitment processes
