Job Description
AUTO CONNECT is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our USA-based project. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the USA/UK packaging industry.
Key responsibilities include managing inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, converting inquiries into sales, coordinating with the estimation, design, and shipping teams, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
The position offers a salary of Rs40,00 to Rs200,00 per month, plus an attractive commission structure. Working hours are from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off.
