Job Description
Company: Bizcentrics IT Pvt Ltd
Position: Customer Support Executive (Inbound)
Working Hours: 7 pm to 10 am (9-hour rotational night shifts)
Salary: Rs55,00.00 Gross (Rs35,00.00 Basic + Rs10,00.00 Quality + Rs10,00.00 Punctuality Incentive)
This role focuses on providing excellent customer support by handling incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. No sales or cold calling is involved. Punctuality is an essential requirement after joining.
Interested candidates are invited for interviews at our office from 7:30 pm to 10 pm (Monday-Friday).
