Job Description
A reputed telecom company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage the inbound call system for customer services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support for services.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Coordinate with Operations for faults exceeding 48 hours.
- Create/close Network Trouble Tickets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; 1 year call center experience with a UK-based campaign.
Location: Islamabad
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
