Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team at Akbari Chemicals Industries. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment and onboarding new employees, developing employee relations programs, and updating HRM software. Candidates should have experience with ERP Oracle and ensure accurate employee compensation and benefits. You will also produce compensation and benefit comparison reports and advise executives on salary matters and employment law.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in Chemical Sales.
