Job Description
We are ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage our inbound call system for customer services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support regarding services.
- Follow up with the Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
Qualifications: Inter/Bachelor’s degree. Freshers or those with 1 year of call center experience encouraged to apply.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Location: Lahore
