Job Description

Madina Cash and Carry is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our executive team. Key responsibilities include managing the executive’s daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will prepare agendas, handle communication, and ensure the executive is prepared for all engagements. Additional duties encompass organizing company events, maintaining office organization, and supporting project management tasks.

We are looking for someone who can handle sensitive information with discretion while ensuring professionalism in all interactions. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
