Job Description
Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution, an inbound customer service provider with clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate 24/7 and are looking for candidates with previous CSR experience, preferably from US or UK campaigns.
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls
- Handle service inquiries and complaints
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Collaborate with team members
- Adapt to flexible shift timings
Compensation & Benefits:
