Job Description

Smart Placement (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Centre / Control Room Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will attend calls and handle staff and client inquiries over the phone (no selling or buying). This role involves supporting our UK and Dubai offices, monitoring and managing email communication, and maintaining complete and accurate records on computers. Additionally, you will assist with staff and officer rosters and provide related support services.
