Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource is a leading inbound contact centre working with taxi companies across the UK. We are looking for motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from taxi customers and drivers.
- Assist with booking and dispatching taxi services.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Office-based role only.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month. Full-time, 12-month contract.
