Job Description
We are excited to announce a vacancy for a passionate Male/Female Senior Human Resource Officer at Orient Biz Tech. This role involves sourcing, recruiting, and planning the overall HR strategy while assisting in the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Guide on HR policies and procedures.
- Handle job postings and hiring analytics.
- Create onboarding plans.
- Organize training programs.
- Support performance management.
- Maintain employee records.
- Plan future hiring goals.
Office Timing: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
