Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is seeking a skilled Human Resources Officer to manage the entire recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews. The ideal candidate will facilitate onboarding for new hires, track attendance for payroll processing, and address employee queries and grievances professionally. You will coordinate team-building activities, assist in performance appraisals, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Furthermore, you will identify training needs, maintain confidential employee records, and prepare HR reports for management review. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month.
