Job Description
Position Overview: Tech Revolution is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher for the night shift. This office-based role involves coordinating logistics by communicating with truck drivers and brokers through calls and emails. Responsibilities include rate negotiation, load management, and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate rates and secure loads.
- Assign loads using the CRM system.
- Manage communications between drivers and brokers.
- Document all agreements accurately.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
Job Type: Full-Time, Night Shift
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
