Job Description
Cortech Sols Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities, as well as managing HR policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, and handling employee relations are essential. Note: This is an onsite job; please do not apply if you are seeking a remote role.
