Job Description
Cybercom Pvt. Ltd is seeking a dedicated Call Center Agent to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. You will handle calls, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and make calls to resolve customer queries.
- Troubleshoot issues while following company procedures.
- Provide product and service information.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs30,00.00/month
