Job Description

Join Payactiv SDS-IT Islamabad as an Activation Specialist! In this role, you will take appointments, manage client communications via phone, email, and Zoom, and assist with the activation process. Attention to detail and accurate CRM record-keeping are essential.

Requirements: 2-3 years in a sales/support role, Bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication skills are required. Proficiency in MAC, Windows, MS Office, and CRM platforms is preferred.

This is a full-time position based in Islamabad.
