Job Description
Join Amigos BPO as a Customer Service Representative! This full-time, on-site role is based in Rawalpindi, with shifts from 6 PM to 3 AM. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals preferably from Range Road, Westridge, Saddar, or nearby areas.
Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, generating leads for our medical billing vertical, and ensuring high levels of communication and satisfaction in fluent English, preferably with an American accent.
Requirements: Excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, prior customer service experience is a plus. Competitive salary plus commission offered.
