Job Description
Orient Biz Tech is looking for a full-time on-site HR Specialist for the night shift. The HR Specialist will oversee HR operations, develop policies, and foster employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in HR Management
- Experience in HR operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
Pay: Rs22,184.42 – Rs61,461.36 per month
