Job Description
The Sales Engineer supports KSB’s sales of pumps, valves, mechanical seals, reverse engineering, and services. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, achieving KPIs, and driving service revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining in-depth knowledge of KSB products, reporting on sales metrics, strengthening customer ties, and collaborating with Sales Account Managers on leads and revenue opportunities. You will manage documentation and maintain customer databases while completing administrative tasks as needed.
We are seeking candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
