Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pricing Estimator to join our dynamic team at Pakmarketers. As a Construction Estimator, you will ensure the success of our projects by accurately estimating the cost of materials and labor.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate material costs and labor requirements
- Prepare detailed cost estimates
- Analyze bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare change orders and offer value engineering recommendations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
