Job Description

Kareemiya Tech & BPO is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) team. Ideal candidates must possess:

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a team lead in any call center.
• Willingness to work the night shift (7 PM to 5 AM).
• Capability to handle additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
• Females are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 65,00.00 per month.
