Position: Customer Care Executive Premium
Education: Intermediate/Bachelor’s Required
Experience: 1-2 years as CSR in Call Center
Age Limit: 18-35 years
Location: Islamabad
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month + up to Rs15,00 incentives
Job Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, verify billing information, enhance product sales, follow up with operations for fault rectifications, and manage CRM reports.
