Job Description
Softland Technologies is seeking a Customer Sales Representative with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA-based project. Candidates must have packaging experience and at least 3 years of experience in the USA/UK packaging industry.
The role involves managing incoming calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and coordinating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Job hours are from 8 PM to 5 AM with weekends off.
Salary is Rs. 70,00 to 90,00 plus an attractive commission structure, with additional benefits including annual increments, performance bonuses, and paid leaves.
