Job Description

Outreach is on the lookout for a motivated IT Support Specialist to enhance our IT Service Desk. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to learn IT operations in a dynamic tech environment, this role may be perfect for you.

Your responsibilities will include responding to service desk tickets, resolving hardware and software issues, assisting with service desk projects, and creating documentation.

We seek candidates with 1-3 years of service desk experience, strong troubleshooting skills across multiple operating systems, and an ability to manage various tasks in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with tools like G-Suite, Zoom, and JAMF is a plus.
