Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager for our Lahore-based client, FULCRUM PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to excel in this pivotal role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals for solar components.
- Establish and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, and installers.
- Lead, train, and motivate a sales team to boost productivity.
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing), Engineering, or related fields, with 5 years of sales experience, preferably in solar components.
