Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a respected telecom company, is looking for a Customer Care Representative to manage inbound customer service calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Provide online support.
- Verify billing addresses.
- Follow up on faults exceeding 48 hours.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets.
- Maintain records of faults.
- Execute special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Intermediate degree.
- Fresher or 1-year experience in a UK-based call center.
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00 with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Location: Lahore. Full-time with rotational shifts for males and morning shifts for females.
