Job Description
Company: PKG International Shipping & Logistics Limited
Responsibilities:
- Schedule drivers for freight deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate with customers regarding freight details and requests.
- Prepare dispatch documents and freight invoices.
- Maintain records of driver routes and delivery times.
- Ensure truck driver compliance with regulations.
- Review drivers’ logs and handle inbound calls.
- Manage customer shipping schedules and complaints.
Requirements:
- Neutral English Accent
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge (Google Office, Google Maps)
Timing: 04:00 PM to 01:00 AM
Location: Johar Town, Lahore, Pakistan
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
